As we move into the Winter months now, it's crucial to keep your exercise regime up and not fall into any bad habits on the run up to Christmas.
Nothing feels better than when you are healthy and feeling your best each and every day. -Although this does come with discipline and some self-motivation.
Our last 12 week programme that ended at the end of September was a huge success again and we are now in the midst of our next programme that will take us all the way up to until Christmas. 93 people started the journey and 83 completed it and created some healthy habits in their life. A big personal well done to all of you. Well done from all the team at IVERIDGE.

Why not try our new hatha yoga and meditation class every Wednesday at 5:30 PM with Binny? This is an amazing practise taken with a very experienced practitioner. This class is suitable for all levels as well as beginners.
Tuesdays 730pm. A dynamic and challenging class, inspired by the Ashtanga Primary Series. Expect Sun Salutations, strength-building arm balances, with a focus on alignment & breath.
Lookout for our spin warrior classes coming soon to really help you get your heart and lungs pumping. This is a challenging class to test your fitness to the limit. Watch out for this new addition to the timetable later this year.
Our new body pump classes have been a real success at the club and we now offer an amazing body pump experience every Wednesday morning at 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM with Laura.
If you've never done body pump before, then don't miss this if you get the chance. We will also look to offer this on an evening later this year so keep your eye out on the timetable. I just need to pin lock it down and get her so help us out with this on an evening.
She is in high demand at the moment so we will do our best to offer an evening slot.
Join other like-minded people and take part in our new small group strength training sessions.

In our small group training sessions, you will learn how to move properly with functional strength exercises, make sure you are moving with the correct technique and most of all, learn how to get results from strength training.
The sessions are ideal for all levels and abilities. Each coaching session is 45 minutes in duration and we ask you to warm up for 15 minutes prior to attending each appointment.
Each coaching session is £10 per person and 12 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
